摘要 目的：介绍李顺民教授运用肾衰1号方治疗慢性肾衰的思路与验案。方法：通过总结目前医家对慢性肾衰的辨证分型，结合其病因病机认识，李顺民教授提出脾虚是本病的基本病机，主张从脾论治，并根据本病的病机及临床特点创制出肾衰1号方应用于临床。结果：2例慢性肾衰患者应用肾衰1号方治疗后均取得较好临床疗效。结论：肾衰1号方是治疗慢性肾衰的一首有效方剂。
